My all time FAVORITE cooking gadget is the Instant Pot! My husband purchased it per my request during pre Black Friday deal Target was having in 2018. I love it so much, I have hinted that another one would be the perfect gift for my 24th birthday in February. I usually cook Josephine's baby food on stovetop then I transfer it to her Baby Bullet to blend it all together into the creamy consistency we all love about baby food. Using the Instant Pot to make my daughters baby food is a complete game changer. Most of the time I don't even need to use the Baby Bullet after because it literally get's the perfect consistency just from transferring it to a bowl and stirring it. I'd like to share the recipes and Instant Pot timing I found best.
